I support individuals navigating chronic illness, caregiver stress, end of life, and bereavement with a focus on recognizing the challenges that are present while aiming to enhance quality of life.
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
I support clients who are:

living with a life-limiting condition and may be struggling with changes or the ability to cope

caregivers who either embrace or resist their role and may be feeling overwhelmed

coming to terms with a life transition and its impact on wellbeing

grieving and want to share their suffering
Working one-on-one, we will explore your needs through a strong therapeutic connection that is built on presence, authenticity, and trust. I will show you a compassionate and nonjudgmental openness and I will support you as you focus on your well-being and find relief from stress or suffering.
For individuals who are unable to travel, I can provide therapy sessions in your home. Please call me to explore that option.
